Things can go wrong in the business world for any kind of uncertainties even when there is no fault of the organization. There can be recessions, slumps and natural disasters affecting the existing strategic plans of the organizations.
Organizations should go for new strategic plans when things are not right. It doesn’t matter whether the external factors or the internal factors affect a business. What matters more is that the new strategic plan should be result producing.
